The Stones of Cartmanmania
My favorite tune from all of the game tunes I composed and sequenced for my game Planet of Cartmans 2. A really tense, epic and bombastic orchestral tune that is all around the place. This was the song playing in Level 7-1 (Part 2) in the game. A MP3 version of the song can be found in the other music section.

Bad Fatasses Can Get Happy Endings
A nice, dramatic ballad tune which indicates an happy ending whilst still pinpointing dramatic overtones. Pretty nice, although there are some cheesy parts. Was used in the game Cartman's Adventure 4 by Beamer.

Devilish Metamorphosis
Short, heavy metal ditty which ends into a cacophony of fast tapped drums and crazy guitars. Sound devilish enough indeed, but is really unfocused. Was used in the game Cartman's Adventure 4 by Beamer.

Quest For Madness
Loooooong, epic progressive rock tune going through many key changes and mood swings. One of my longest midis ever made yet (13 minutes!) but it flows quite nicely and it's actually one of my most interesting works since a while.

Jumping on Caffeine
Hyperactive, short, cute tune featuring cartoony and uplifting melodies. This is what happens when you drink too much Coke before going to bed! Made in about 20 minutes, but it still manages to be pretty good.

Pointless Piano Ditty #3
Pretty misleading title. It's a piano ditty, but it isn't that pointless. Some nice chords are being shown here alongside nice piano effects, but the final part isn't as good than the first parts.

Moonlight Presence
Lulling, desolate ambient tune which evoke a feeling of darkness which afterwards becomes a bizarre blend of nonsensical drums and heavy guitar lines. Doesn't make much sense and it's way too long and repetitive. It's more than 12 minutes long!

Ice Flower Mountain
Ambient soundscape which is splitted up in several sections which either are hard-hitting or totally sleep-inducing. Not always cohesive and really dissonant at parts, but it's both interesting and relaxing. Inspired by Steve Reich and Steve Roach.

Disinformation Highway
Electronic tune featuring technoish and dance touches, as well than a catchy bass line and melody. My most normal-sounding midi since quite a long time! Woah! Fun song.
Rating: 8/10
Tripping Around The Sun
Trip-hop based tune which slowly morphs into a pop song with a psychedelic and etheral edge. Quite variated, but would do better with more skilled instrumentation.

Claiming The Property of Stone Temple Park With A Statue On The Top
Could the song's name be any longer than that? I guess not. Electro-ambient song featuring an hip-hop influenced percussion track as well as bleeps and dark guitar melodies. One of my most straight-faced tunes since quite a while. There's an MP3 version of the song available in the other music section.
Rating: 8/10
The Totem Anthem
Bizarre blend of ambient textures, tribal drums and more exotic sounding instruments such as flutes, shamisens and other similary-named instruments with weird names. Quite interesting.
Rating: 8/10
Blank
Weird ambient ditty that features a drum track which is all over the place as well as shards of guitar noises, weird solos and voiceful melodies. Sounds too dissonant and out of time at moments.
Rating: 6/10
Mirror Gaze
Acoustic guitar tune which is driven along by string sections, weird noises and bizarre percussion. Interesting, although the later drum parts sound way too weird and the song lacks direction and theme.
Rating: 7/10
The Day Of Defeat
Epic, orchestral song that features some loose rock elements such as acoustic and heavy guitars. Long and goes through quite many emotions. It somehow is in the same style than Field Wandering, but the formula is much better executed here. Really nice tune.

Blurgh
Chime-based sound collage which undergoes through many transformations and weird effects. It lasts for 45 minutes (Windows Media Player will report it as being 59 minutes long, but it is incorrect) and will test your patience and your capacity to keep a straight face. Not for the faint-hearted. No streaming version available since the midi would be too large (690k!). Crappy, but pretty amusing. :)

Xylo Tack
Quiet, gentle xylophone composition which is played by several xylophones. Interesting and pretty nice, actually.
Rating: 7/10
Wolb Wol
Experimental piece that feature weird melodies, rapid-fire beats and a lot of weird noises as well. Interesting at parts, but isn't very cohesive.
Rating: 6/10
Shadow Ville
Dark ambient tune that features a blend of trip-hop beats, dub and electronic music. Nice atmosphere that recalls a dusty, dark urban landscape.
Rating: 8/10
Field Wandering
Post-rock tune featuring violins, acoustic guitar passages as well as some cheesy overdriven guitar leads. My attempt at something new, although I'm clearly not up there yet.

Departure II - Saying Goodbye
A sequel of my 2002 midi, Departure. It hardly sounds in the same vein than the original did, but it's a lot better, too. Jazzy, sad ballad mixing electronic elements and my first drum solo ever. Top tune.
